Abstract.
This presentation will give an overview of the latest standards and practices in the modeling domain in software engineering. An overview of the latest Object Management Group standards as well as the vision set up for model driven engineering using UML and related technologies. A demonstration of an emerging model oriented programming will be presented. Umple, a modern modeling language will be presented and used to demonstrate the vision of modeling in software engineering.
