What can Nordic and Baltic Cities learn from each other on themes such as advancing urban stewardship, education for urban contexts and tackling urban shrinkage?

 

To answer this question, and to provide an opportunity to discuss current urban topics, six National URBACT Points (NUP) from Nordic and Baltic States (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) joined forces to organize a joint Nordic/Baltic Learning Day on the results of URBACT Transfer Networks (TN) active in the macro-region.
